You can drive right to the Duck Brook Bridge. There's space to park your car there, along the road. Then you could walk one mile to Witch Hole Pond and the same mile back to your car. To do the Witch Hole loop would be a little over three miles.

You could park at the Parkman Mountain Entrance to the Park and walk about a mile to Waterfall and Hemlock Bridges. But it's uphill.

You could park at Jordan Pond and follow a carriage road for about a mile to Cobblestone Bridge. That might be the prettiest hike, along a stream and through deep woods.

Cadillac Mountain Sports on Cottage Street in Bar Harbor sells really good rain gear.
