Not that I'm aware of. You can, however, give yourself a spectacular round trip tour beginning from Moab. Take Potash road from Moab along the Colorado River into Canyonlands. Once the pavement ends, continue on until you reach the Shafer Trail up and out of the canyon via several spectacular switchbacks. You have the option of going past the Shafer/Potash junction along the White Rim Road about 7 miles to Mussleman Arch, which is also a spectacular area. After the switchbacks, you are deposited near the island in the sky visitor center.

This is a massively large park with a number different sections on either side of the Colorado River. Which area did you specifically want to see?

Take your pick

Call them up

Ask them what you want

See which one can give it to you for a price you like.

Yes, I'm sure there is someone who will help you get to the river and back.

There were some trail issues in Island in the Sky area of Canyonlands May 10 thru May 24. washouts? Dunno for sure, but check the conditions , especially Shafer trail, before you plan.
