3 nights away from SLC

My wife and I are coming to exhibit at the Outdoor Retailer Show in SLC in late July. We are going to stay a few extra days, and want to come to Moab, then thinking of coming to Capitol Reef.

As it works out we would have about 1 day each for Arches, Canyonland and Capitol Reef. Is that sufficient, or is there a better suggestion out there of our time?

We have been to Bryce and Zion from LV, so wouldn't go over there.

Thanks

Two nights Moab and one night Torrey is certainly do-able. I would first recommend a plan where you spent the three nights in Moab. You would find enough to do with the great expanse of outdoor attractions there. But if you want to diversity, do two nights in Moab. Get an early start from Salt Lake City so you can do first afternoon at Arches. If it's a Friday or Saturday, you could do Delicate Arch at sunset. Next day do Canyonlands Island in the Sky. Key to the trip is hitting Little Wild Horse Canyon and Goblin Valley en route to Torrey.

Have fun.
