Smoky Mountains Lodging for a large family "reunion"

HI, We are 17 people wishing to visit SM area this summer for 4 days and would like a bed and breakfast type place with good cook (so no one is stuck in the kitchen). We would like an area that is near the park so that we may walk/hike. Any suggestions?

Might check and see if this place can accommodate you. You'd be ten minutes from the park entrance on Lyon Springs Road, and less than 30 minutes from Cades Cove.

The views here are exceptional.

Hemlock Inn,

While I understand that you have clearly defined yourself as a business representative, I suggest you read the posting guidelines for TripAdvisor. The rules may seem vague, but it seems to me this is a clear form of solicitation, which is clearly forbidden.

You cannot:

Link to strictly commercial websites or a blog affiliated with or promoting any one property or business.

Include links, contact information, or recommendations for a business with which you are affiliated, even if your business or property seems to be an ideal fit for a traveler's needs.

Wears Valley is an excellent location. Here is another possibility, located just over Rich Mountain from Cades Cove in an area called Dry Valley http://tuckaleecheeretreatcenter.com/ Not certain of the cooking situation but would expect the Inn Keeper could make arrangements for breakfast or other meals if you are interested. A block away is Wild Mountain Rose Bakery - fresh breads and hand made pizza, all baked in a wood fired oven - very good! www.wildmountainrosebakery.com/PIZZA.html
