Less Crowds at the Giant Forest; Friday or Saturday?

It probably insane to ask this time of year, but in planning our trip for this weekend, I am wondering if we wouldn't be better off visiting Giant Forest Friday, and then taking a lesser known hike on Saturday. Anyone think there might be a marked difference in the crowd on one day over the other? We'd arrive Friday around 9 am.

thank you!

Probably Friday

but I have had a park ranger compare this time of year as a "super active ant hill" but with people....

So do expect people to be about.

I would go Friday. We were there just over a month ago but I imagine it is much busier now. We took the shuttle from Lodgepole. Be sure to do Moro Rock if you are able. Have a great time.
