Some hiking suggestions

Hi

We want to do some hiking in Shenandoah Valley.

Could you recommend us a good hike, with nice views?

Thanks in advance

Gabriel

Shenandoah NP is beautiful and has plenty of great hikes. If you haven't already, check the website www.nps.gov/shen, it shows several of the most popular hikes; Old Rag Mountain, White Oak Canyon, Dark Hollow Falls, Stony Man, and more. One of my favorites is the Rose River Loop, about 5+ mi round trip, moderate hike, much beside a scenic stream, some uphill. When you arrive, talk with a ranger at the Visitors Center and he/she can suggest hikes based on your interest and abilities. I think they are a great resource. Happy trails.
