Angel's Landing Hike

Is this a loop trail?? If not, is it hard to get back to where the car is parked??

If you do this between March and October you will park at the Visitor's Center or in the town of Springdale and ride the free park shuttle to the beginning of the trail. Angel's Landing is not a loop - you hike in and hike out. I have hiked as far as Scout's Lookout and waited for my husband as he did the final .5 mile to Angel's Landing. Fabulous views and a great hike!

As elsie said you will be taking the free park shuttle into the main canyon. So take everything you want for the day so you dont need to take the time to come back out.

Angels landing is a small detour off the West Rim trail. The West rim can be done as a one way with a drop off. It is a 14 mile hike through a beautiful part of the park.
