WHich island is the best for Snorkelling?"

MY wife and I are planning our hneymoon in first week of october and were wondering which destination is the best for Snorkelling between the following islands:

Aruba

Turk and Caicos

Barbados

St Martin

Grand CAyman

St Lucia

St Vincent

Of the islands on your list, I would say the best snorkeling would be found in Grand Cayman. Turks and Caicos would be second.

The islands/areas with the best snorkeling in the Caribbean don't appear on your list, IMO. Of couse, "best" snorkeling is subjective, and others may disagree.

Thanks. I think "good snorkelling" for me is teh ability to see coral close by to the beach. And due to the rpesence of coral lots of fish.

What other islands would you recommend?

Roatan

These are considered by many to be the best shore snorkeling spots in the Caribbean.

If you care to share your budget for hotel, I may be able to make some recs you.
