I threw up a quick trip report - http://anguilla2012.blogspot.com/
I was 22/23 weeks pregnant on our trip, with major food aversions, and that is reflected in the lack of restaurants we visited. Sorry, no glowing reviews as you usually get.
We loved Anguilla and it truly felt like a perfect trip. Two days before we left we got distressing news about our unborn daughter and had one of the worst days of our lives. 12 hours before our flight was to leave I was undergoing invasive testing and meeting with a specialist. To our great relief, his determinations relieved almost all of the worry. It was our first experience with the helplessness and heartbreak that can come with parenthood, and we were battered and exhausted - it ended up being perfect timing that we could then go to Anguilla and give our spirits a chance to recover. We hope to someday bring our daughter, who we have every hope will be born perfectly healthy in October, to Anguilla with us next time - and yes, there will definitely be a next time! We loved it!
