Is it "OK" to drink the water and ice in Antigua?

Generally speaking yes, but most people drink bottled water (for taste). The ice is safe, as is toothbrushing.

Personally I wouldn't risk drinking the water

The tap water is fine. At the start of the holiday I usually buy a few bottles of water so that I can put them in the fridge to have cold water. When they are empty I refill them with tap water.

The water is fine, if you buy bottled water it can be very expensive, we never had a problem with the water :0)
