Island all-inclusive suggestions

Wondering if anyone could suggest an all-inclusive destination for February or March. We are interested in an island destination over Mexico. We see the glitz of the Sandals ads...are they the best way to go? We are in our late 40's, going on a romantic vacation, social but well past the crazy party mode. We don't need a ton of activities....just a beautiful location, really nice room, good food and amenities. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Galley Bay is a great choice.

The Inn at English Harbour is lovely, and close enough to the English Harbour area with all the yachts, restaurants etc. Great place for those months.

We are off to Cocobay Resort ( www.cocobayresort.com ) in November. It seems fairly quiet, we are mid-late 40s. It looks so lovely! We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and wanted somewhere special, and this one also does not have children!

We just returned Sunday from Galley Bay and it was beautiful. Our 30th anniversary. Very remote and quite.
