Weather in Mid-July in Antigua

Staying at Galley Bay from 14 July to 26 July 2013 and wondering what the "Weather" is like for that period of time. Also might the sea/ocean be calmer too.

Antigua's wet season runs from July - November, July receives on average 3.41 inches or rain whilst August receives on average 3.96 inches of rain, it is also technically the Hurricane season.
