I am traveling from Holland to Aruba and back again.
Do i need to go though US CUSTOMS and what information are they taking from you ( finger prints, retina scans)?
You would only go through US Customs if your travel includes a US stop.
NON-USA departure people are sent to a different area through the airport and not through US customs.
Thank you guys.
No, when you leave Aruba you will see that the building has two different entrances. one for the USA and one for the other country's. If you go the airport by taxi they will ask you were you are flying to, to make sure to stop by the right entrance. These entrances are not far from eachother at all.
When you arrive at Aruba there is only one big area to go through customs where everybody comes together, USA and Europe. At the far right side of this area there is one booth for holders of a Dutch passport. When you arrive from the USA then this is a great booth, for you don't have to stand in line with all the others and can pass all lines. But when you arrive from the Netherlands it is not really interesting because the whole plane can go to that booth, so then you still have to stand in line.
