We went early October last year and the weather was HOT compared to what we are used to in March/April. The water in both pools and sea were like baths.

Not quite refreshing as we are used to as well. But it was for the most part sunny - only saw one brief 20 minute rain shower while there, and we had a wonderful time as usual!!

What do you mean like baths? All your info sounds great. We're you able to get a great tan from the sun?

Noone can predict for sure whether you will get rain or not. For the most part, Aruba is arid and the weather is fairly consistent. The weather patterns, however, do seem to be changing a bit over the past few years. Still, it is highly unlikely you will get a washout every day but again - noone can predict that. The sun is extremely hot in Aruba, so use caution and apply sunscreen. Even with clouds, you will tan. I've seen people that sit under the palapas most time get tans.

Since this will be your first trip to Aruba, reading up over to the right under "Top Questions About Aruba" will give you tons of info so you know what to expect. Happy planning!

I also went to Aruba last October and the weather was perfect. One brief maybe 15 minute shower and very hot afterwards. You will get a great tan, no worries about that. The temps were in the low 90's when I went. Couldn't ask for better weather...hope it is just as nice this October when I return! The water in the ocean is like a bath...it's the perfect warm temperature. :)

You can get a good sunburn in Aruba on an overcast day. So no worries over tanning ...

My Husband and I went in early October last year and we could not have asked for better weather. It rained one day for like 15 - 20 minutes and then it was sunny, as if it had never rained. It was pretty hot out but I enjoy hot weather. I actually didn't feel like the water at the beach was too too hot. It wasn't too hot and definitely not too cool either, but just the right touch refreshing. I would go back to around at around this time frame in a heart beat. As mentioned while you knew know with the weather I wouldn't sweet it. Enjoy your trip, the weather should be just fine : )
