This is a difficult question, and there will be lots of different responses. Here's my list in no particular order:

Amuse Bistro:

White Modern Cuisine:

Screaming Eagle:

There are other restaurants and many of them are very good.

Passions On The Beach

Screaming Eagle

The third is a toss up between Open Home & Kitchen, Carte Blanche, and 2 Fools And A Bull (all have similar dining concepts.)

5. Re: Restaurants

I have too many issues with food and additives I do not eat or like, so I will not be trying Carte Blanche or 2 Fools and a Bull, although I love the concept.

So just the main stream restaurants here are my top 3.

Madam Janette's

Wacky Wahoo

Tied for 3rd Carambola & Mathews

Alot of other ones too, B-55, Driftwood, the Kitchen. Salt & Pepper etc..... I could go on and on.

Wacky Wahoos is honestly the only place we have returned to again and again. There are other restaurants we've enjoyed, but we also like trying different places.

So many great Restaurants in Aruba and we all have our favorites. With our eating , now changing, I had a problem at Wacky's Wahoos, so we won't be returning. Asked for a plain piece of fish, it came with a hot spice rub . fish was RED. Class place did remove it from the bill.

Matthews is a great place. Barefoot is also fabulous. The Begian restaurant is great.

So many opinions of different places. Yemanja remains a favorite.

Have fun. Enjoy

Three that will be on our list for May:

Madam Janettes

Barefoot's

El Gaucho

Any number of others could easily be included without any drop in quality. Bon appetit!
