Aruba and the B and C islands

Spouse works on the northern coast of Venezuela. Wanting to celebrate an anniversary in one of the ABC islands. Never been to any of them. Mainly looking for ease of travel to and from the US and Venezuela, but not the priority. All inclusive or not is ok, but at least somewhere we don't have to cook all meals. Close resturants/bars. Most wanted is gorgeous water. Love to sail, snorkel, dive and hang on the beach. Any input on hotels/ rentals, water, beaches, etc would be appreciated. Thanks

I would choose Aruba over Curacao and Bonaire. More flight options from Venezuela and probably the US as well. Do a search on this site for hotels on Eagle Beach... In my opinion the best beach in Aruba as it is wider, longer and less crowded than Palm Beach and with gorgeous blue green water. You can find hotels with AI, hotels and resorts with kitchens (good for breakfast), and plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short bus ride away.

Do some homework on this site and you will find all the information you need. Lots of excursions are available on the island, good restaurants, night life, etc..

If you look over to the right under "Top Questions About Aruba" you will find some great information to help you in deciding and planning. If you have specific questions over and above what is listed there, ask here on the forum. Enjoy!

For great snorkeling or diving, go to B or C. Aruba isn't too impressive for either. Aruba is the most developed and has the nicest sand beaches, but the worst reef life. Depending on how much time you have, maybe check out Aruba and Curaçao?
