Best areas to put our chairs Palm/Eagle beaches & parking

We are staying off beach in an apartment complex over 1/2 mile from the Marriott complex so we will be driving to the beaches. We are looking for reasonably calm ocean to swim and to have some concessions nearby. So what areas around Eagle Beach as well as Palm beach should we set up our chairs and hopefully be able to get some shade and chill? Also, any suggestions regarding public parking? I have looked at some previous forum posts but would like an update. Thanks.

Palm Beach - if you want to be near food/drink then near Moomba Beach Bar or DePalm Pier (you can get food/drink at Bugaloe on the pier). For shade, look for a palm tree or rent an umbrella from a vendor. Parking can be in Moomba's parking lot or for DePalm Pier you can park at the Radisson.

Eagle Beach - near Chalet Suisse you will see public palapas that are free because there are no hotels there and patking is right along the beach in small lots. Food/drink - you'll have to walk to LaCabana or Amsterdam Manor and use their beach/pool bars with food.
