Two Bar Questions (sunset/sports)

Is the Papagayo Bar & Grill on Renaissance Island an option for sunset cocktails for non-Marriott guests? We do not plan to spend a beach day there, we would just like to head over around 6:00 for an hour/hour and a half for a couple of drinks and watch the sun set (and see the flamingos). If it is an option, is there a charge for the water taxi?

Where would be the best places to catch a little of the NCAA basketball tournament? Any good beach bars with a couple of TVs? Which casino has the best sports book? Does anyone know if there is a "sports bar" in the Divi/Tam complex?

Renaissance Island is only for their hotel guests. If you're not staying at the Ren, you can purchase a day pass but the cost is $99/person and includes lunch and one drink.

For beach bars with TVs, your best bet is probably Moomba's Beach Bar next to the Holiday Inn.

Also, the resort next to the divi has Matthews which has 3 TV's at the bar that always have some kind of sports on them. And you can just stroll down the beach.
