Hello. First time to Aruba. Me, my husband and 5 and 7 year old sons. We were looking to rent unit at La Cabana (Unit 436c) for 600 for week 33 (13 - 20 Aug.). However, that poses a dilemma for the beginning of our trip and the last day.
Any thoughts on the LaCabana and the rate we were quoted and where else we may want to stay for the other dates?
Six-hundred is a very good rate for four - i assume you are in a 2BR unit or 1BR unit and not a studio unit.
I see other places at twice that rate for dates in your range.

Thanks for the replies. Trying to see if the 33 week owner can get me in touch with the other weeks that I need. I would hate to give up the great rate. Is the rate too good to be true? Has anyone recently visited the La Cabana and could shed light on unit 436c?

242 reviews check the web site and see if any one is renting any days, some times they are. that is a great rate for the week. The unit is nice. LaCabana is looking good www.lacabanabrc.com there are other sites that rent days... maybe some one this site knows those listings.....
Thanks for all of your replies. I have booked 2 separate units at La Cabana. After not hearing from Bluegreen, I decided to just go ahead and book so I don't lose the great rate offered. I tried the Priceline thing for the one remaining night. Big mistake. As you know I am travelling with 2 kids and "won" Renaissance Marina which is adult only section. Tried to get Priceline to switch to Renaissance side which allows kids but they are stuck in the mud and said a contract is a contract. Will deal with them through my credit card. Don't deal with them if you have children.
Looking forward to our trip.
