Sunset cruise ?

Sunset cruise ?

The black pearl sunset cruise is full so we are looking for a recommendation for another.

Would you recommend Pelican cruise or the Jolly Pirate ? Or others ?

Traveling with my mother who is 75 and in good health however wouldn't love a party boat.

We agree, Capt.Jethro at OctopusCruise is very good; provides very peaceful, pleasant, relaxing sunset tour, only about 20 people max.

However, possible concern for a 75 yr old to keep in mind- unless they've changed recently, it's on/off via beach to dingy to catamaran, & up a ladder, also the seating is along the sides with legs outstretched.

It's a wonderful evening, enjoy!

yes, i thought of the dingy to catamarin transfer too.

but what i remember is that the steps/ladder into the catamaran is more like a set of stairs with handrails.

do you remember handrails?

If you don't want a party boat I would stay away from the Jolly Pirate. I have done the Pelican twice and that is a nice tour. Not as nice as the Black Pearl but definitely not a party boat. While I have not personally done it I have heard good things about the Octopus tour. Also, did you try contacting the Black Pearl directly? Sometimes they will let you book sitting on the very front of the boat or put on on standby. Just a option.

Check out Strea. I think it will be perfect! It is a motor yacht - not a catamaran. It is also a private charter not a party boat. It is a little ore pricey but well worth it! Enjoy!
