Marriot Stellaris

Thumbs down to the 30ish year old man 5'8 160 who was berating the women at the check in. You said " you would sue the company and you would get the women fired and you wanted to cancel your reservatin and put a comment in travel advisior to tell everyone how un happy you were" I was directly behind you.

You sounded like a baby and it took everything inside me not to grab you by the neck and make you stop.

The manger came out and took you outside and you stopped being so upset.

Was it because he was a man about 6'2

Your mother would have been disapointed in you.

This was either late last weekend or early this week.

If this is you, have you girlfried or boyfriend change you diaper.

There is no excuse for this conduct. Was there any real issue or was it just a case of one of the entitled people demanding his due?

I'm there now. Seems like most folks here are pretty happy so that guy must be the exception to the rule.

Watched 2/20 last nite and they had a very interesting piece on hotels. Seems like people who act nasty like this guy go into a databank and when their reservations pop up at various hotels especially within the hotel chain, the staff is made aware he is a rude idiot. As payback he is dealt with in their own way. LOL.. In addition, the better tippers are also remembered and rewarded with better service and upgrades if possible. Beware of glasses with the little paper covers as they can be cleaned with the same products as the toilet and furniture. Hopefully this guy had glass rather than plastic in his room. LOL.. This may account for some of the previous posters that were not happy with the service at some of the resorts that we are VERY happy with. . You always reap what you sow.

NyArubaSue - if you know Seinfeld at all, that sounds just like Elaine and the notes that the Dr.'s had in "her file" as being difficult! :)

LOL jl I saw that show just this week . So true.. It might also be one's best interest to tip the maid service daily or simi daily during your stay. The nite maid gave us a few Hersely chocolates each nite. Little things like that lets you know they apprciate you.
