I've read about a 4x4 being needed? Can anyone help me out???? Thinking of visiting some of the sites eg natural pool... If I can park near by and walk a bit that's ok too ;) lol any other recommendations on arubas sight seeing options... Light house, baby beach etc worth while? Also is parking free? Thanks in advance

It would be a long, HOT walk if you were to park a small car and then walk the rest of the way. You definitely need a 4WD or ATV to get to the Natural Pool.

All other sites are doable with a small car except certain areas in Arikok Park.

Yes, parking is free. But there is an entrance fee for Arikok Park.

My husband and kids drove to the Natural Pool and walked all the way down, about 30-40 minutes in the heat! They had a great time and loved their little adventure, but I'm not sure they would do it again. I'm sure next time they will take a jeep or atv's ;-)
