Help me choose which golf course.

My husband and i are planning a cruise to Bermuda in October and would like to get some golfing in (dock at St. George's.) Norwegian cruise line offers golfing shore excursions, but I am not sure which would be the best. Here is the list and pricing.

Could you please tell me which would be the top picks. And if the pricing is good, or if I would be better off booking directly w/ the golf club/course. Thanks!!

Ocean View Golf Course $75

Belmont Hills Golf Club $139

St. George's Golf Course $109

Riddell's Bay Golf Club $149

Fairmont Southampton Golf Course $89

OCEAN VIEW--is only 9 holes but plays as 18 out 'n back--

FAIRMONT SOUTHAMPTON HOTEL--is an 'executive length' Par-3--

If you look at the individual course rate cards, you can play any of these on your own--some offer 'special' discounted sunset or late-afternoon green fees.

Of that group I like Belmont Hills the best personally. The course is always in great shape and it's a really cool and challenging, but fun, course anyway.

I haven't seen the condition of Riddell's lately but based on my experience last year, I would definitely put Belmont ahead of them. Not sure what it will be like by October though.

St. George's had some issues with tee boxes but it has some great views of the ocean....not that big a deal to me. But it's a nice enough course with some cool holes and awesome views.

I really like the par 3 at Fairmont as it's good fun and plays short. What I mean is, for an average golfer you probably tire a bit more playing a longer course because of all the par 4s and 5s. But when it's all par 3's it makes it quicker but still just as challenging and fun. I was there this last weekend and it's in great shape.

Ocean View is decent too. I haven't played it this year but like was said, it's a 9 hole course. It's kind of cool because of the layout and again, ocean views. But if you didn't master the first 9, you can simply replay them by playing again in order to play a full 18. It is interesting to see if you can improve your score over the 2nd 9. usually I don't, simply because I overthink things and play as if I know what to do. Overconfidence breeds cockiness and I attempt shots I normally wouldn't! LOL

All the best.
