Rum blender drinks

I had this under the rum punch topic but was only getting replies to the original post.

I am looking for rum blender drink recipes using Mt Gay Eclipse, my favourite rum.

BTW, am I the only one who finds that rum and coke tastes better in Barbados? With lime, of course...

Take a trip to the Mount Gay place and pick up one of their drinks menus - it gives you the measures etc for all their cocktails. I did try making one at home, but like you say it never tastes the same back home. Must be something to do with the sunshine!

This was in the Calgary Herald on Jan. 10th:

Mount Gay Rum Punch

Chesterfield Browne's rum punch is said to be the best tastinig rum punch in Barbados. So much so that this year Mount Gay will bottle it.

3 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, including the pulp

3-1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/4 oz. angostura bitters

Fill 12 oz. glass with ice. Pour ingredients over ice. Fill glass with water and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg.

Enjoy!

Thanks for all these cocktail ideas, but I was really hoping for some that call for the use of a blender.
