Most islands will accept US dollars at a set rate pegged to their local currency, you will ger chgange in the local currency though! St Martin and Guadeloup will use Euros.

US Dollars will be excepted in all the Islands you have mentioned, with the possible exception of Guadaloupe which being a French Island may only except Euros.

St Martin is the french side but will except US Dollars

St Marteen where the ship will be docked is Dutch and the official currency would be Florins but US will be perfectly acceptable.

Your Nationwide card will still have zero charges in the Caribbean.
