Naru Restaurant

We just learned that this new restaurant at the Savannah Hotel is being operated by Executive Chef Barry Taylor and his wife Lisa. Barry was the Executive Chef at The Restaurant at Southsea prior to it's closing due to the death of Barry's father.

We're excited about Naru as Barry is very creative in his food presentation and the menu looks excellent. Nary is in a contemporary setting and Barry's food is a blend of Caribbean cuisine, Asian techniques, Sushi and traditional Japanese dishes. We have a reservation for the night we arrive - 16 October, and I will give a review upon my return in my tips at:

It may have been discussed (in fact I commented there), however with the topic only being shown as "new restaurant worth trying), my new topic gives the restaurant name. I don't see the problem here.

I think my post pretty well described where Naru is Lois, but I'm all for pushing it for Barry's sake. His father was a good friend of mine and he is a brilliant chef as I made clear. He deserves as many plugs as possible.
