Yes...another weather question

OK, so I admit it - I am a weather-a-holic.

I am flying in on Tuesday for a week.

Every weather report I read says something different. I am reading Torrential Rains on one which made me post here.

What is the local weather forecast? Maybe more accurate than the various ones I am reading.

I know I will enjoy myself either way, but homestly for my one weeks vacation and the money I'd rather enjoy myself in sunshine.

My luck with weather in the Caribbean has never been good, hope this breaks the streak.

Anyone of the following sites will help is estimating what the weather will be like. All weather crystal balls are presently being adjusted as they have been inaccurate. All meteorologists are presently recalibrating their instruments. Plus my friends arthritic knee is sore so there is some rain to be expected, his knee just can't tell him when but a few beers or a rum and whatever ease the pain.

We have been here for 2 weeks = despite the forecasts we have had only one day (Friday last)- when it was cloudy for much of the day , sea was choppy, and we had showers on and off all day-when our plans were disrupted. The rest of the time the showers have been generally light and pass through swiftly. The odd thundery downpour at night. The forecasts read as though it was rain rain rain !!!!! Sure you will be fine

We have been here since the 17th Nov. and in our opinion we have seen far more rain than we did in Nov. 2009. Several times we have had to come off the beach and sit in the car for shelter. Still wouldn't stop us coming again at this time of year though.

The showers are localized as well I've had no rain where I live today (eastern side) but friends just visited me and they live near the University and their car was wet. Town has also had rain but I've had none.

Just ensure you are well stocked with sunscreen for sun, rum for rain.
