Dress codes

Hi,

We're coming to stay in St. Lawrence Gap and ,as we were getting ready to pack, I wondered: What's appropriate for casual evening meals? Polo shirts and Khakis? How about for parties on Old Year's Night? Should I be packing.....I don't want to say it.....a tie? And footwear. Are leather sandals ok,or am I packing dress shoes.

Thanks!

I would say leave the ties, suites, dress shoes at home - this isn't the climate for those unless you want to be hot and sweaty all evening. A nice short sleeved casual shirt and chinos with closed sandles will do fine and make you feel comfortable. Polo shirts are also acceptable I hope you have a great time whatever you do.
