what is Rotis ?

You may think of me as being ignorant but.....what is Rotis.Sounds like everyone likes eating it,what does it consist of ?

Strictly, roti refers only to a type of flatbread. In practice, it is wrapped around seasoned meats or vegetables. The type you will most commonly find in Barbados has Indian and Guyanese influences.

What a great picture Brettski, that roti looks so good!

My favorite place to have a roti is Akee Tree....can hardly wait to have one!

If you happen to be in the Holder's Hill area, do visit the Roti Hut and if you happen to be in the Warrens area, do visit the Swizzle Pot upstairs Super Centre Warrens... if not... I suppose Chefette's will be good enough.
