Food recommendations

Hello.

I'm a food fanatic so I was wondering if you could tell me about restaurants/places to eat. Also, what are those special dishes that define Barbados!

Thanks in advance!

In the village of Lemon Arbour there is a great place where many Barbadians go to eat. A taxi driver would know where it is. Also Oistins Fish Fry, great local food. As BGI has mentioned, The Cove in Bathsheba is excellent. You'll definitely have to make reservations as the owner only opens on certain days and usually cannot accommodate walk ins.
