All flights have the tax rolled in - my recollection is that it wasn't much, but had to be paid in BBD. That and keeping up with the immigration stub (still required) on a bleary-eyed early flight was stressful.

Just make sure you keep the bottom portion of the customs form which you need to submit when leaving. We keep ours tucked in our passports.
