Jellyfish

On the island right now. Ran across some jellyfish today at Klein, and again tonight for a night snorkel at Buddy Dive. Was there a "hatch?" Was fine since we got here Sat night. If there was a hatch, how long until they take off? :). They are just the little ones. That hang vertically.

Are they moon jellies or something else?

They were little, but still stung-kinda like a mosquito bite, do, not horrible, just startling, and unwanted! They seem to be pretty-much gone, now.

There are always more jellies following a full moon.

Ah, figured that had something to do with it. I don't particularly like them. Thanks!
