Current water temperature is 80 degrees and will continue to rise through September. You will probably encounter somewhere around 81 degrees. Late June usually brings dust with the wind but this year the dust has already arrived. The current winds have created some swells but this can always change. If the wind is "up" when you are there you can find plenty of sites that are more protected and therefore have less wave action. The farther south you go, the less protected so you would want to stay closer to town. Also, if the wind is stronger the northern sites will be calmest in the morning so you can plan accordingly. Crowds are not usually an issue in June.
