There are loads of trips to do the catermeran, deep sea fishing and the jungle tour are really good, jungle tour is the best driving a 2 man speedboat full throttle through the mangroves very james bondish !!

Visit Playa Pilar not alot to do but a beautiful beach.

Drink lots of Rum and have a wicked time.

You will love it out there

Been twice this year (to Iberostar Daiquiri), and sometimes just doing nothing was the best ! Most resorts have enough to do to keep you occupied should you get bored and if all else fails:

Jungle Tour - definite do, although book early

1/2 Day to Moron - to see the real Cuba

Fishing - either deepsea or just off the bridge, loads of fun

Scootering - dangerous little dickens, but loads of fun

Snorkelling - off Luna Island from Playa Pilar

Myself, my Hubby and our 8 year old Daughter will be staying at the Iberostar Daquiri from 19th October and plan to do as little as possible! We stayed on Cayo Coco a couple of years ago and had the most amazing holiday so can't wait to try out Cayo Guillermo this time. My idea of the perfect holiday is lying on a picture perfect beach with a good book and the odd cocktail or two(!!!), plentiful food and good evening entertainment! That's my idea of heaven...

Playa Pillar is an absouletly spectacular beach. I spent 2 weeks in Cayo Coco back in June and didn't decide to go till close to the last day. So glad I did. It's just a spectacular beach.

Go there & plan on spending a couple of hours.

5 CUC will get you there by cab from the Sol Guillermo. (not sure from the other resorts) What resort are you staying at??
