Thomas Cook Welcome Meeting

Hi its our first time to Cuba so have been researching like mad. Does anyone know if there is a Thomas Cook welcome meeting at the BCV? I do find them useful for booking trips and general info. Thanks Taylaboo

I would be surprised if they DIDN'T have one. They are normally held the day after you arrive. You'll find out on the bus or when you check in.

Cheers

They will hold an orientation meeting at the Blau, as bergerman says, the morning following your arrival, It usually takes place around 9.30am.

Does the bear poo in the forest! Cases down and keep adding things in, and clothes are hanging in the spare wardrobe in the guest bedroom. All lightweight to make room for my books, love to read on holiday buy my tablet had to go back to manufacturer and don't know if they will repair it or give me a refund so have been buying books from the charity shops :)

Don't risk going overweight with your luggage as Thomas Cook charge £17 per kilo for overweight luggage. They will likely weigh your carry on too.

BCV and PCV share a rep, we returned from PCV yesterday. We did have a welcome meeting, not impressed by the new rep though. Come back Nancy or Ernesto!
