Wedding in Curacao

We are thinking of planning our wedding in late August of this year in Curacao (it seems to be outside of the hurricane belt). Any suggestions on which resort to have it at and where to stay? We will be anywhere between 20 to 40 people. Baoase looks beautiful but seeing mixed reviews, also considering the Hyatt...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

The Hyatt has a beautiful wedding pergola. But you can also get married at sunset at the Blue Bay resort or at the Marriott. Both on the beach...

Are you using a local wedding planner? All these locations have in-house event planners or if you wish to have all your details custom made, have a look on www.bankasa.com/getting-married-on-curacao/

Hyatt is nice for a wedding. Is near by Chogogo, Papagayo and Boca Gentil Resort. Where family and friend can stay.

Hyatt is indeed nice. Boase is nicer but expensive.

One post is mentioning Hyatt close to the Jan Thiel resorts. It all depends what you consider close. It is still a 15+ min drive between the 2 areas.
