Novemer 11th

Just 2 more months away and my family and I will be vacationing in Curacao. Almost time to start packing. We can not wait! This will be our 7th trip to Curacao.

Excellent! I think I've read a trip report or two from you. You guys always stay at Lagun right? RE: packing...maybe you can let us in on a few things veterans always take to Curacao that most folks not think of.

Our initial trips, we always seemed to never have enough t-shirts and bathing suits, which you will find are what you will live in. Weather is really hot, so take loose fitting cottons to be comfortable. Also pack ample sunscreen...it's available there but you'll pay dearly for it compared to Walmart prices. Of course, you'll also want to take snorkeling gear and perhaps an inflatable beach float. No need to pack bulky beach towels if you're staying at a hotel, they're provided. You won't need a jacket at all.
