Top ten must sees

Will be visiting this beautiful island in January. Wondering what are the "must sees" and hidden gems. Thanks in advance : )

In my opinion

The best beach is probably Grote Knip , its the one seen on all the postcards.

Mount Cristofal has plenty of nature trails and Boka Shete on the North shore is something to see . Nightlife is good downtown or on the the Curacao blvd near Sunscape. Try the Vegas 360 bar. There are many museums to choose from like one near Kura Hulanda.

I'll second all the recommendations above, and add a couple more of our favorites. Walk through the floating market area and the streets of Punda to see the monumental buildings. Have lunch or drinks at the Iguana Cafe and watch the floating bridge open for a large ship to pass through. Go to Jan Kok salt flats to view the flamingos and the Nena Sanchez gallery in the Jan Kok landhuis. Visit the Spanish Waters area for some nice scenery.

Enjoy!

I am amazed at the engineering feat building the fort a few hundred years ago was. It also makes a great picture taking place across to the main part of Willemstad.

I would add a daytrip to Klein (Little) Curacao, nice boattrip and the small island has the best natural beach of Curacao and also offers very good (skin)diving sites.
