Set prices at the Markets?

Or are you encouraged/discouraged to haggle the prices?

If you mean the markets there at waterfront when ships are in, I have haggled a couple of dollars, but I end up paying what they ask, they do have to earn a living.

Thanks Ralphy57.

Yes, we totally understand that the sellers have to make a living too. Just wondered if we could haggle a bit, we usually purchase at the set price when we shop, it's always fun to interact with the locals as well !

We tip very well when we get a good deal, often we don't want our change back so everyone is happy :)
