Running in Dominica/Trafalgar Falls

Is it safe to run in Dominica? Also, is the route out to Trafalgar Falls safe enough to run (i.e. traffic, environment, in general)?

Hi there,

Well the roads are narrow but not too crowded. So if you can handle regular steep climbs and descends, should be fine (during daylight).

Trafalgar Falls is quite high up in the Roseau valley, I'd guess at least 150 m climb. But road is doable for running also.

All the best,
