When we did the trip up Mt Isabella Torres, it was included in the price of our 1/2 day Puerto Plata City tour...I think it was about $3 or $4 USD/ person.

For best results, do the trip in the morning before the clouds settle in & obscure the fantastic view !!

The last time I visited Isabella we paid in Doninican Pesos so my conversion might be a bit off by todays exchange rates..I believe it was about $9 US about 5 years ago

The views are amazing for sure. YOu can also drive up the back side of the mountain to get to the top rather than the cable if you wanted.

Yes, B0bK is right, $10US does it, but please remember to tip the musicians in the lobby, and of course the amazing magician before you enter the cable car, how did he get that quarter out of my ear? Everyone has to eat. Have a great holiday.

Dont see it in this thread but I think it is best to go in the morning as the air is clearer and you have better views. This is what i was told when i took my trip.

And it has great views.
