Did the Iberostar Bavaro resort suffer any damage and how extensive from Hurricane Maria?
No it did not.Check the post at th top for this.
Read all the information posts on Maria. Don't waste time posting another useless post.
Hey be nice. I didn't post this but I feel for the person who asked a simple polite question and got snapped at. Keep it kind people have we not had enough damage in the world?
I'm sorry I couldn't find the info I was looking for.
Well said poster 3 . What is wrong with people , I've found TripAdvisor a very unwelcoming place lately and I've been a member for 13 years .
Thanks...there are various levels of experience in TripAdvisor and we should be helping not hurting. If I was spoken to in this way a decade ago when I joined I would have left. I believe we need to treat eachother the way we want to be treated.
Thank you everyone. I'm very new to TripAdvisor so I'm learning the ropes. Search buzz words etc trying to figure out if that question has been asked.... and you're right people need to have patience n not get crappy. So again thank you for having my back n pointing me to two replies in the main thread that answered my question. Have a beautiful night!Edited: 22 September 2017, 03:27
I won't be mean. Are you asking because you are visiting this resort soon? Or are you looking to book for the future? We will be arriving here on Oct. 22 and I am confident that everything will be as nice as it has always been. We have been visiting here since 2002.
@barriebrian2 Not everybody has the time to read through the 1500 posts on that thread. And the search function is not exactly mobile friendly,
Would be much better if there would be threads by hotel. Not one thread with several questions. The questions are pretty lost in there. I'm not going to spend 4 hours trying to see if anybody has a question about the hotel I'm staying....
Just my personal opinion.
