Attention Rum drinkers

I see beer questions, but for you rum drinkers, I have a tip. I like Mount Gay & tonics with 2 limes. There is no Mount Gay. Nada problemo! Just say "Brugal & tonic, dos lime por favor" and you will be happy, happy, happy! I'm there in 2 weeks and can't wait to say that!

1. Re: Attention Rum drinkers

Brugal and Coke has always been my drink of choice, but last time a new friend got me started on Brugal and Sprite...equally as delicious. Thanks Lee!

Cheers!

Brugal and Sprite has been a favorite of the Pirates for quite a while now.

Brugal and tonic sounds interesting-may try this time around.

But do not forget when having a Presidente or Bohemia, a shot of mamajuana always spices things up.

Happy Drinking Mates!

If available, ask for Brugal Extra Viejo.

Just an FYI

Brugal & Coke = Cuba Libre (some like lime in it)

Brugal and Sprite/7Up = Santa Libre (some like lime in it)

I visited Barbados last year and discovered "rum punch". Can I get this, or something similar in the DR?

Thanks

Rum punch is available at every resort in the DR, likely every one will be made different.
