Which hotel has Catamarans...and calm waters?

My husband can sail all day long. He just doesn't realize that he isn't a strapping young guy anymore. We'd like a resort with Catamarans, but so which ones have them, and where is the beach the calmest so I don't have to worry about him sailing off to the equator?

the Hobies are available usually at all resorts as part of the AI Package, but usually also just 1hr per room per day and you often need to book your Hobie hr the prior day, so if Hubby wanna take a Hobie for several hours the same day he should make some deal with the watersports center, such of course would not be par of the Fre AI Package.

the calmest waters are found all year around at the Secrets Santuary Cap Cana, Punta Cana Resort&Club, Tortuga Bay, Club Med, Catalonia Resort, BeLive Grand, Dreams Palm Beach, Natura Park, Barcelo Beach Resort, IFA Village and Ocean, Melis Tropial/Caribe, Paradisus Palma Real, NH Royal Beach and NH Real Arena.

at all other Resorts to have Calm Beaches/Waters or not simply depends on the time of the year you wanna visit and the daily/weekly standings of Tides.

It's way more fun in the waves! You gotta try it! We are probably quite a bit older than you and find it alot of fun but my husband is a surfer and kayaker and gives tours. But believe me I bet your husband would have alot of fun!

Mike...out of all of those resorts that you mention with the calm water, which is the nicest (and has to have a casino)>

Thanks!

I could not pick one as the "Nicest",

Nice at a resort is relatie and differs from person to person,

like good Food or a 'nice' Beach, lol.

if a Casino is requested and Calm Waters all year round then the Catalonia Resort is a Spot to look on.

cheers

Ine of the many reasons my husband and I return to the Palladium resorts is to go out on their catamarans. We usually do this first thing in the morning before the sun gets to hot for us and enjoy sailing along, viewing the coastline. The water is just right for two soon to be seniors. Can't wait to get out there in a few weeks.
