Some toiletries are supplied. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and soap.

No adaptor needed.

Royal is immediately beside Catalonia Bavaro, all ages. If staying Royal you have full access to this resort. They cannot go on the Royal property. There are no other hotels close by and other than the Cat Bavaro you do not have visitation rights at any other hotel.

In answer short and sweet..( We were there Jan 1 for 2 weeks)

Soaps and shampoos are included.

No adapter required unless you using a three prong plug. They sell an adapter at the store on site for a dollar.

It is not beside any other resort at all .

You have visitation rites for the Catalonia Bavaro.

Gee, thanks. that was fast. Actually my son is going with a group of 7 guys...are all the rooms suites..with king beds? That would be funny. Other than tours is there anything one would want to go offsite for? On a map it looks like there are a ton of properties on alongside the other.

Facing the ocean if you go left, there are other properties as you walk along the beach. If you walk to the right, it is awesome, totally deserted. My husband and I walked a few times for over an hour each time with not another sole around, well once there was a native out in the ocean fishing!!

I suggest you go on to Google Earth and Zoom in for a better idea of the area. The pictures were taken last year. Also 8 guys might be a little bored at this Adult only resort unless they are playing Golf 24/7.

I ment to mention that I believe the most rooms have only 1King bed and a small sofa. That was the case in the Junior Deluxe room we had. There is also a limit of 3 in a room.

Tell the guys to check in with the animation team at Bavaro next door for activities. There's a package that goes to Imagine club. Check with animators about it.

Lots of tours available.

If they walk left along the beach they'll come across the small town of Cabeza de Toro. Go have a beer or two with the locals.

The beds are really huge. Lots of space in between bodies. lol

How far of a walk is it to Cabeze de Toro? are there some shops there? I've thought about getting a water taxi to shop in Cortecito, but if something is closer, that's cool.

One more sleep!...

Cabeze has a small supermarket and small bar. A 15+min walk .

El Cortecito has more to offer but 20miles + or - away. Never seen a water Taxi while at Catalonia.
