Yes...located in the center court beside the Sports Bar. Not really big by any means but a great place to loose your money...if you gamble like me! LOL

Cheers

Thanks! Spent a week at Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun and had a ball. Looking at future trips and a casino is a great diversion. Gives you something in addition to the nightly shows.

We were at Secrets Royal Beach (next door to Now larimar) last month and we played blackjack every night at Now Larimar. The casino is small; a few table games, blackjack, poker, roulette, and I don't remember if there were any others. Also, machines but I can't give you any info. on them.

The dealers are not very personable and you have to watch them for an occasional mistake. But the minimum bet is $5 so we were able to hang in there for a few hours every night. The down side to $5 tables is that some of the players have no clue how to play which can be frustrating for players who do know what to do. (Although knowing what to do and winning don't always go together!!)

Enjoy your stay.

PC Mike, my question has nothing to do with the Larimar Casino, but I noticed from your profile you now live in DR. I will be visiting in Puerto Plata in June to stay at an all inclusive condo with friends for a few days. I then want to make a road trip to explore other parts of DR as a retirement option. What is the best way for a 50 something guy to visit other parts of the country? It sounds like the buses are good and rental cars are cheap, but I'd also like to have access to a "guide" to help me with information. Is there guided trips that don't include rafting, visiting a farm, zip lining, and church tours?

Thanks, Doug
