Concierge at EPC

What can we expect from the concierge?

Usually when we ask for something do get?

We are leaving in less then 2 weeks (Dec. 7-14) and we never have the experience of a concierge.

Which concierge? There are a bunch of them. There's a concierge station in the lobby, near the entrance to Toscanos, the Excellence Club concierge, both in the lounge, and on the beach, pool concierge about halfway along the main pool, and they walk around asking you if you need anything all day.

They are extremely helpful. If you need a float for the pool, don't fight with others, just ask the pool concierge. She'll get one for you. If you can't get something at the bar, they'll handle it. If you want different pillows in your room, they'll see that you do.

They are extremely proactive there, and highly available.
