Should I change hotel? Iberostar

I booked the iberostar Dominicana for August since I always love their service in other places. Never been to Punta Cana. Looked up flights and I see that Majestic and Excellence are not too much of a price difference. When I booked I was going to make another big purchase but now have decided not to. Should I change and if anyone has with Apple Vacations? Can one do that?

If you booked yours with the insurance you can. One thing thou Apple does not deal with the Excellence brand. I have tried. the best they would do is let you keep your airfare thats about. I am sure there was some fees for the change too.

I would change to the Majestic if possible. Nothing wrong with the Iberostar Dominicana but if you can get the Majestic for almost the same price I think it is a step above.

that's odd, I've never seen Majestic cheaper that the Iberostar Bavaro let alone the Dominicana, the Majestic pricing has kept me away
