Hoping to avoid a buffet

Which Punta Cana resorts allow true unlimited a la carte dining at dinner time? Which have sit down restaurants for breakfast and lunch? We might do buffet by choice for the early meals some days, and can probably deal with it every day, but have a strong preference for sit-down dinners. Trying to decide if an AI is the right choice for us or not. We will be travelling with a young child as well, so adult-only facilities won't work. Thanks!

The Catalonia royal does not have any full buffets. You can order breakfast from room service or go to the restaurant. At the restaurant you order egg dishes off the meu and can go to the buffet for the rest. Lunch and dinner are ala carte. It's a small adult only AI. Beautiful, and relaxing! Take a look! We really enjoyed it!

Ocean Blue and Sand has unlimited a la cartes for dinner.

Several large buffets for other meals, but if you book Privileged you also get a la carte breakfasts which are very nice.

Unfortunately Cat Royal is unsuitable for the OP since it is adult only and they will have a child with them.

Thanks! More suggestions will be appreciated, but at least I can start with these. We've never done an AI before, but it sounds like such a hassle-free way to take our first vacation since our toddler was born. Hopefully it works out!
