Riu Palace Macao or Riu Palace Punta Cana

We are torn between these two hotels. Does the wifi work ok in the rooms at both hotels? Taking our 16 year old son-which hotel would be better for him day and evening entertainment wise? Are food and drink ok in both hotels? Weather wise would July or October be ok. Literally the only months we could travel. Do locals frequent both hotels at weekends? Thanks so much!

imo the rppc would be a bit to sedate for your 16 year old in the evenings, you could use the riu bambu in the evenings which is more lively, another thing which may be of interest is having to line up in the mornings if you want to book a a la carte restaurant, i think the iberostars or palladiums would be more suited with a 16 year old with you and ive not been put people say god things about the ocean blue for teenagers.

We leave for RPPC Saturday morning! I'll let you know how it is as soon as we get back! We are 24 and 25 year olds celebrating our anniversary.
